    After gentle destemming and crushing of the grapes, a slow maceration at controlled temperature takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 25 days. Daily pump-overs are carried out, decreasing as fermentation progresses.

The new Pieve designation of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano highlights the appellation’s 12 historic parishes, each expressing a distinct terroir. Our wine comes from Pieve Sant’Ilario, one of these exceptional vineyard areas.

The 2021 vintage marks the very first release under this designation, making it a cuvée already sought after by enthusiasts and collectors.

Deep ruby red with garnet reflections, offering elegant aromas of ripe red fruits with spicy and balsamic notes from oak aging. The palate is harmonious, complex, and persistent.
