Description

Produced from a privileged terroir with ideal climatic conditions, this wine benefits from moderate temperatures throughout the year and southern vineyard exposure, ensuring optimal grape ripening. The influence of surrounding lakes and Tuscan hills brings balance and freshness to the vineyard.

Crafted from carefully selected grapes, it undergoes a slow maceration of 16–18 days at controlled temperatures, allowing precise extraction of aromas and structure. After natural malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for three years, including 30 months in Slavonian oak casks and French oak barrels, followed by further refinement in bottle.

It displays a deep garnet color. The nose is intense, elegant, and spicy, revealing notes of ripe fruit and refined oak nuances. On the palate, it is dry, warm, and structured, offering rich aromatics and a long, persistent finish.

A perfect match for red meats, game, and aged cheeses. Best opened at least two hours before serving or decanted. Ideal serving temperature: 18–20 °C.
