Vinification

The process begins with destemming and crushing the grapes, followed by skin maceration lasting 20 to 35 days. The wine is then vacuum-pressed to preserve its aromas. Fermentation takes place at 30°C, ensuring optimal flavor extraction. The wine is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, imparting complexity and subtle aromas. Finally, it undergoes 12 months of bottle refining in a climate-controlled environment, guaranteeing perfect maturation.
