Description

A unique and ideal terroir for viticulture:
  • The Sierra de Cantabria mountains shield the vines from cold northern winds.
  • The convergence of two climates, Atlantic and Mediterranean, creates a unique environment perfect for viticulture.
  • Lands with small terraced vineyards at varying altitudes, all south-facing.
  • Limestone and clay soils, considered ideal for vine cultivation.

Respect for the terroir through controlled production per hectare:

  • Pruning carefully to manage yield.
  • No irrigation.
  • Manual labor to ensure quality.
