The Chardonnays, which are the majority, give the «Blanc Velours» a pale golden shade, delicately highlighted by pastel green reflections, and dressed in fine bubbles with a slow and fragile ascent. On the nose, discrete notes of white flowers, white fruits and fresh hazelnuts delicately emphasize the ethereal and subtle nose. Its freshness is underlined by the presence in the mouth of the Pinots, delicately fleshy and full of tenderness.
The balance of this Champagne results from the agreement between the refined freshness of the predominant Chardonnays, and the fullness of the Pinot Noir at the optimum of its maturity. Wine of pleasure and balanced, voluptuous youth and elegance, this cuvée offer in the final a tenderness sensation, almost creamy.

The « Blanc Velours » cuvée comes from Chardonnay and Pinots Noirs from villages classified Grand Crus, the blend is completed with a touch of Meunier.
