Le Querce, a vineyard of over 5 hectares in Barile: an excellent organic Aglianico del Vulture. The vineyard allows the production of great grapes even with an organic cultivation. In the 2019 vintage, 9.000 bottles were produced.

    12 months refining in french oak barrels and in bottle. The wine lends itself to further 15 years ageing.

  • Vinification

    Manual harvest in the third decade of October, vinification with maceration on the maceration on the skins for about 15 days, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ageing for 12 months in French oak barriques and then in the bottle.
