Orders
When you order online, your order is sent directly to Selection MGH. You will be contacted within the next business day to confirm your order and proceed with the payment of the service fees.
Please note that the SAQ only allows ordering by the case, which is why it is impossible to order our wines individually.
Billing
When you do business with Selection MGH and order through our website, the prices you pay represent the addition of the price of the bottle at the SAQ and the service fees charged by Selection MGH. The price displayed on our lists includes service fees and the portion left to be paid at the SAQ, taxes included. Thus, you will have 2 separate bills to pay and here is how they differ:
- The invoice related to MGH: This invoice includes Selection MGH’s service fees. It is payable by bank transfer upon reception. You will receive a copy of this invoice in a separate email following your order confirmation.
- The invoice related to the SAQ: This is an SAQ invoice payable upon receipt of the order at the SAQ branch you have chosen when placing your order. You will receive a copy of it in store when you take possession of your cases.
N.B.: SAQ inspire points and promotions do not apply when you place a private order.
Delivery
Delivery of private orders does not take place in all SAQ branches. You will have to validate the branch that suits you best when completing your order on our website. Following receipt of your order at the branch, the latter will contact you at the telephone number you have given us through the order process. In the event of an extended wait, you can contact the SAQ by having your SAQ order number handy as well as the expected delivery date in store.
Defective bottles
If for any reason your order contains defective, oxidized or corked bottles, it is possible to return them to the SAQ branch where you took possession of them. The SAQ is responsible for the after-sales service. You will need to have your SAQ bill on hand. Thereafter, as part of the total price includes our service fees, please send us a photo of the SAQ reimbursement invoice and we will subsequently apply a credit to your file or send you a credit directly depending on the case of figure. Under no circumstances will Selection MGH make a full refund of your invoice. Note that it is impossible to return a bottle to the SAQ for reasons of personal taste.

Privacy
By registering on MGH’s site as a customer for private import, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and you agree to assume responsibility for transactions made in your account using your password. In the event that the confidentiality of this information is compromised, please notify us as soon as possible in order to avoid possible fraudulent use of your identity. MGH cannot be held responsible for any identity theft on this site. Purchasing on our site is restricted to adults aged 18 and over.
By using MGH’s website, users consent to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy and to the collection, use, and retention of the data listed in this Policy.
